The high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions were associated with the presence of HPV 16 mostly in combination with other high risk HPV genotypes.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Резюме.</bold> Цитологическими признаками поражения эпителия шейки матки при папилломавирусной инфекции у 16% пациенток являлось наличие койлоцитоза и дискератоза, у 46% — атипия многоядерных клеток типа парабазальных с дистрофическими изменениями ядра и/или цитоплазмы.
