It was shown that balance between levels of regulatory T-cells and activated NK-cells changed depending on viral load and virus genotype. Patients with high viral load demonstrated shift of this balance toward regulatory T-cells increasing.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Резюме.</bold> Характер течения вирусного гепатита С во многом зависит от состояния иммунной системы пациента. При иммунологическом исследовании больных с хроническим гепатитом С было показано, что в зависимости от вирусной нагрузки и генотипа вируса изменяется соотношение между содержанием Т-регуляторных клеток и активированных NK-клеток.
